when i try to run some things like benchmark 06, or even my calculator i get an error saying,

The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occured because the DLL C:\\WINDOWS\\system32\\SHELL32.dll occupied an adress range reserved for Windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL shoiuld be contacted for a new DLL.

what can i do? i cant even install some things...

I prefer a direct method to adress these issues. Run AV, antispyware, format system partition and reinstall windows. I have this reflex since win98: when I see a .DLL error (specialy user.dll, run32.dll, kernel32.dll, etc) I format, reinstall and in an hour it's as good as new.
