my friend just told me that my processor has a faulty sensor and that my cpu should load at 68C like his does. But mine maxes at 32C with my cpu fans at 4200RPM. now does it have a faulty sensor or is my cooler just that much better than his stock one he has identical clocks and voltages.

No, I don't believe you have a faulty sensor although temperature readings can be off by a few degree's. If it's your sig rig, than those temp's look about right. The real problem here is your friends temp's, 68C is quite high and he should check that out.

phew what a relief. i seen his hit 71C before. he has the coolermaster rip off of my cooler (or did mine rip off coolermaster?) and he has AS5 so shouldn't his be a few degrees lower than mine? im using AS ceramic.

Too many variations to tell.

He could be using a poor program to measure temps, he could have his fans layed out wrong or backwards, it could a whole mess of things. All that matters to you is that your stuff is working right, and doing well.. and his isn't.
he is using coretemp like i am, he only has 1 fan and it came already installed on the cooler. would poor case airflow make his spike like that?
