getting these weird bsod or it starts artifacting and i can hear my GPU fan go nuts then my pc would restart..while playing games..

this only started when I added a new Hard Drive to the mix

my Current setup is below with a added 1tb Seagate Barracuda

Absolutely enough. AMD recommends a 550W power supply to power a system with one 6970 in it:

It sounds to me like you're just experiencing instability.
