How is that PSU even 525W.. 21A?

Yes, you will need a new PSU -- a more reliable one.

I suggest you get at least a Corsair 650W if you plan to upgrade or SLI later. If not, a Corsair 550W will do you well.
Yes you need a new PSU. Any good quality 400w unit would put that 525w unit to shame.
A Corsair 450VX will support that easily. A 650TX will be perfect for SLi
for a GTX 285? I would suggest a 650TX by Corsair.
Thanks for your replies

I live in australia so i not sure if i can get those psu you show me.

I having a close look at these two psu

750W "SilverStone" ST75ZF or Corsair TX-750 750W

Either one will work just fine. I prefer the Silverstone because it is 100% modular, but it has dual 12V rails whereas the Corsair is single rail.

i have an ez-cool tornado, it hasnt put a foot wrong but it has started to rattle a bit any ideas?
GTX285 is a 183w GPU. With new dual core and other stuff, you need a psu that can do 400w on 12v. Corsair 550vx. It is a good investment for your new cpu and GPU.

Whats the advantage of having a dual 12V? (better for SLI)

Um.. what does 100% modular, mean?

cheers.
