Ok so I can't overclock past 3.2GHz, no matter how hard I try

I suspect it's my DDR2 800 RAMs.. do you think getting a new set of DDR2 1066 RAMs will help me overclock more?

I tried overclocking my DDR2 800 RAMs, but doesn't seem to stabilize

Your ram should not be a problem yet. Somebody correct me if this is wrong...

800MHz/2 (For DDR2) = 400MHz
400MHz FSB * 9x multiplier = 3600MHz clock speed

So, your ram shouldn't be a problem until you have to start overclocking it @ 3.6GHz. You should, however, make sure your FSB/memory ratio in your BIOS is set to 1:1 so that the memory is operating at the same speed your FSB is. Good luck!
