I have a HAF 922 case and it is a very open and well ventilated case. I have 4 case fans. 3 (1 intake, 2 exhaust) are blowing at 40% and are monitored with a NZXT Sentry Mesh, the other case fan I have hooked up to the board and it is set on "quiet" mode in the bios.

I also have one of those coolermaster hyper cpu heatsinks. I have a 965 BE cpu running at stock speeds and I overclocked my gpu a small bit and it is using the stock fan that came with it.

My CPU runs at around 40C and my gpu's fan usually doesn't get over 70% unless I am running a really resource heavy game

With all of that said, do I really need to worry about anything overheating?

You're not even close to having anything to worry about. You'd have to have like three overclocked 7970s in order to have something to worry about. ;)

Still, which video card do you have?

You would only need to worry if you had like three 7870s. Your cooling setup is overkill for a single video card.
