I don't think there's a more suitable section for such a topic, but in case there is - please excuse me.
Which one do you think is better?

this one from Varta
http://www.amazon.de/Varta-Ladeger%C3%A4t-USB-Ger%C3%A4te-inkl-schwarz/dp/B00HV5XOEG/

or this combo of charger + eneloop batteries
http://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B002JLJ2MA
+
http://www.amazon.de/Panasonic-eneloop-Ready--BK-3MCCE-4BE/dp/B00IWS52MI/

Of course, you're welcome to give entirely your suggestions, although please try to keep the price range around the same as those.

The best chargers are ones on which you can manually set the voltage. Slower is always better for charge holding and battery life. The Radio Control (cars, planes, helicopter, etc) guys figured that out long ago and there are many excellent chargers available for all types of batteries.

As for batteries, the amp- hour rating (mAh) is a measure of how much power a battery will store when fully charged. The higher the amp hour rating the longer the battery will supply power.

Here's one manufacturer's range of mAh available. Of course, higher power batteries cost more.

IMHO both chargers looks good, the Varta have 175 (98 - 5 stars) reviews on amazon while the ANSMANN 5307263 have 364 (239 - 5 stars) so thats a big number of users

, I think is a matter of which one you like, but if you buy the ANSMANN you have the option to buy the batteries you want, and you could get a more powerful pack like ANSMANN 5035092 AA type 2850mAh if you need more power of course. Interesting fact, both are from the same company.
