i am building new PC for the next generation

i have got R9 270x 2GB DDR5 ( i wont change it now )

i will get intel i 7 4790k 4.0 GHz ( i wont overclock it )

and Asus z97 gaming 3 LGA1150 motherboard

i have now powe supply '' thermaltake 450 w '' does it will be enough to run this pc with out overclocking or i have to get new one ?

Which Thermaltake PSU you dont say aanything about which model it is?
If its one of the HEC made TR2 models you need to kill it with fire and smash it with a hammer.

i really dont know more info. about it

except that this power supply i have got it with case thermaltake MS-I 450 w PSw

If you dont know which model it is take a picture of it, take a picture of the side with the sticker a grey / box does not tell which model it is.

No info on that and since you got it for free that can only mean its rubbish.
You should not keep that PSU replace it with something decent.

get a new psu. that isn't even capable of 350w on the +12v. looks like a oem rebrand of one of their non certified tr2 "450w" units.
