Well When I was plugging some stuff in a USB in the back of my CPU, I only felt air coming from my PSU! No exhaust from my fan! So Im going to change that up a bit...

So then I was thinking.. whats the optimal intake/exhaust for my setup? I have a Apevia X-Pleasure Full tower case 2 front fans, 1 on the side (window) and 1 in the back.

How should I set this air cooling up?

Yeah, and if you have a fan on the top, that should be in exhaust, since heat rises.

The Equal Pressure System:
In the equal pressure system, the inside of your case is equally
pressurized to the outside of your case. This means you have the exact
same amount of air blowing in and blowing out.
For all you Zen people, this means BALANCE (ooh shiny...). You know the
plusses of that. Basicly a compromise of the negative and the positive
pressure systems.
