ok. Ive seen several cases with these fans that are circulating nothing [to the naked eye (i guess) relly]

I mean. ***. what is the fan on the bottom for. What does it do???. Its not a hole anywhere on the sidepanel for the second one on the bottom. So... ???

It could be useless, but I figure it has some affect on cooling. For instance look at your cars ventilation system. It has a switch that toggles from bringing air in from the outside to circulating the air that is already in the car. Circulation switch helps make A/C temps way cooler in your car in the summer because it it recycleing the already cool air in the cabin of the car. My guess is that it helps a bit, but only with circulation of the air that is already in there.
