Dragon Age Origins for XBOX - any good?

Hi all! Just need feedback from those who are playing Dragon Age Origins on Xbox 360. Reason I ask is I want to buy my boss the game as part of our company's exchange gift program.. but I'm a bit hesistant because it might not be that great on console. He has an xbox, but his PC might not be crap (he's not a PC gamer).

Is the game complicated to play on XBOX? Are the characters hard to control? Any comments?

games like that tend to play on PC better, though apparently Bioware has come up with a great control scheme, based on the reviews

i'd say go for it.

I would suggest go on Ign or some similar site and read a review of it there that might help

I've played the game on PC, it's awesome

But im worried about the controls on XBOX. With PC, keyboard+mouse = win... but for Xbox, controller = (im thinking fail)

I have it on the Xbox, and i must say its quite good.

First and foremost though this game is much better on the pc, its built for it pretty much. But as far as the xbox version goes it is still very good, the controls are well thought out and everything is easy enough to control in battle.

As someone above mentioned though just watch some ign reviews on each version to get a full list of what is different.
