I am not an engine builder, but I have built up a few engines... I would not recommend using a Dremel to do a P&P on your heads, regardless of what model number the Dremel is.
On another note, I would wholeheartedly recommend having your intake manifold, piston heads, valves, and headers sent down to Swaintech and coated with one of their coatings. It's a ceramic like coating that is designed to keep the heat in the combustion chamber, preventing hot spots. I was able to increase boost from 12psi to 16.5psi on pump gas just as a result of their coatings. The engine runs cooler, combustion is more complete, and I have not had a single issue with early detonation since. I run up to 24psi on race gas, too.
