[Calamity]

So, I recently started folding and decided that I wanted to do dual GPU folding instead of single.
I followed one of the great guides up on here and set everything up as was stated, even went though most of the posts to see if there was any tweaking that I could do to benefit me folding in any way.

Now, one GPU and my CPU are folding nicely (at stock because I haven't had a chance to install my WC loop yet) But the second GPU really doesn't want to do anything. It just seems to go into sleep mode almost immediately.

I am running as admin.
I have tried to reinstall.
SLI is disabled.
The target locations should be good.

You keep getting the same unit.

Delete the queue.dat file and work folder, and try again.

Also what drivers are you using?

The GPU that is not working looks like it keeps trying to download FahCore_11. The 580's should be using FahCore_15. Did you by any change install the GPU2 client instead of the GPU3 client?

Open up GPU-Z (direct download)
See what you have installed.

If needed...266.58 Drivers (direct download)

But before all that try deleting the work folder and queue.dat file.

^This, I made sure to D/L GPU3

I am re downloading the drivers from EVGA right now.
I deleted the work folder and the que folder and will retry once i have the drivers re-installed.

So, after a quick driver update it is still not working, I also deleted those 2 files.

EDIT: Disregard that last post, everything seems to be running well now, just had to wait a couple min for it all to kick in.
Just as an FYI after what was said about the FAHCore_11, I deleted the application from the GPU folder, just leaving the FahCore_15 application.

I'm having this problem as well and the only way to get around it, is to delete the work/queue folder when the client is trying to download a new wu.

any way to make it stop and work like it should? i have to manually delete everything so it can start new.
