Ok, so I have a titan and windows 7 I can work on both monitors (2713HM & 2412M) but not at the same time. When im surfing on the 2412 and playing EVE on the 2713 the game EVE will minimize into the taskbar if I click my mouse on the second monitor (2412) ??? So whats the deal and why cant I keep the game window open AND surf the internet at the same time??

That's just how it works, unfortunately. I've had a dual monitor set up for years but I don't know if there's a work around..

Window mode.

Also some games have an option to disable "exclusive mode" which essentially makes it a fullscreen window mode. Otherwise 99% of games will minimize or turn black when switching to another monitor or application in fullscreen.
