duct air through PCI slot?

I have a RAID card that needs some extra air but its tightly fitted between two graphics cards and a network card...

Is there a way (other than manufacturing my own) to duct air to the heatsinks across the RAID card? there is no PCI slot cover on it so air could come in/out of the PCI slot.. 80mm fan seems too big to fit and 120mm fan on top doesnt hit the heatsinks directly enough to keep them from getting hot
