I've recently reinstalled windows and a variety of other programs to a new RAID array. Anytime I try to view a movie it looks black with he outlines of objects being faintly red. The audio plays fine but I can't see much of the picture. I've tried installing new programs to play the DVD's and .wmv's that I've downloaded from the internet.
I believe it's some sort of codec problem. I've also tried installing the divx codec. It didn't help this issue.

Please help! I need this to be working so I can finish a project for one of my classes.
Thanks!
EDIT: I updated the nVidia drivers to the latest version as well. Would this cause a problem with my 7800GTX?

Do you have a DVD encoder installed on your computer? Try this trial and respond back if it works http://www.intervideo.com/jsp/WinDVD_Download.jsp.

For posterity: it was the new nVidia drivers. My system doesn't like the 9x.xx series of drivers. Anyone know what the last 8x.xx series driver was and where I can pick it up?
