Are the x1900 and 7900 directx 10 cards?
If not what are?

No these cards are NOT dx10...DX10 cards will be released at a later date.

It'll most likely come out when Vista is release later this year.

No they are not. I'm not going to upgrade my video card until DX10 comes out. No good games for me anyways.
