Running the SMP and GPU Client atm. HFM shows around 2k ppd for 4850, and only 130 PPD for the e6400. I know that ATI GPU folding takes up a core.

Is there any way I can do better than this? Should(can?) I just do unicore instead of SMP? Right now the SMP client's working on a 6077 and it doesn't look like I'll make the deadline

Is there any point in using WinAFC (http://www.overclock.net/folding-hom...ove-ppd.html)? My CPU temps are ~50 C, I could probably OC to 3.4, maybe 3.6...

thanks for the help with this

You will probably only get 2k on the E6400 too... so here are your options:

1) Fold GPU only. No need for 24/7 Folding, but a lot of power consumption. And no/little gaming.

2) Fold SMP only. Less power needed, but you would need to Fold 24/7 to hit 2k PPD.

Q9400 at 4Ghz will get 10k. GTS 450, with current WUs, gets 15k OC'd.

GTS 450.

GTS450 is a beast right now

Had I known it would've folded so well despite its 192 cores, I wouldn't have bought a GTX465
