Hi
I'm looking for a way to edit multiple files (audio, video, etc.) at once, it really is a pain going through tons of music that is just labeled "Track 1" or whatever. Do you guys know any programs where I could, say select a bunch of files and then enter the title for file 1, file 2, file 3, and so forth?
or perhaps better yet, a program that could identify and label such files for me?
probably reaching too high, but I thought it'd be worth it to ask

This program can rename mass files at once.

You could also try this: (works with XP, not sure about Vista/7)

"Highlight the files you want to rename. (Use Ctrl or Shift to highlight multiple files at once)

Right-Click the first file in the series, click Rename.

Only the file you've right clicked will be highlighted. That's OK. Change the file name, the extension will be kept.

Hit the enter key to commit your change. Your files will be named "file (1).jpg", "file (2).jpg", etc.."
