Edit/Remove/Replace our own polls.

I feel like we would do with this feature. I've got a poll up in one of my threads, and now that it's kind of answered, need to move on to another one.

I agree with op.
This was recently suggested, but I'll reiterate with my thoughts -- editing a poll after responses doesn't seem like a good idea. Plus, your poll data could actually be useful to others. I personally think opening another thread with the new poll would be more beneficial, since people could be searching on either topic and find more information which could be useful.

But for a fanclub thread where the poll is about related avatars, once the rule has been establish OR CHANGED, then the poll is no longer relevant and gives the wrong idea.
And it's annoying that the thread starts with "Poll:"
+1 for this idea, for certain threads its necessary. Even if the OP forgets to include an option.
I would like to see this as well, often i forget an option or make a typo on something.
I wouldn't mind it at all. Perhaps a button to clear the results as well?

Personally, if you change any of the responses to the poll it should wipe all results automatically (if you're going to add the functionality); if you're simply adding an option, then deletion should be optional.
I run the 4GHz OC Club (link in sig) that has an old poll asking if a previous club owner should start a 5GHz Club or not. The poll has been closed, a 5GHz and even a 6GHz+ Club have been started, but that poll is still there. It really has no place there any longer and I wish I could get it removed, but so far no one has been able to assist with it.

I agree with OP for above reasons.

This is a great idea. I have a few polls that I'd like to remove but was unable to. Please consider it. Thanks!

Seriously.

Can we get a definite "We're not doing this"/"We're working on it" reply, please?

This is an older thread, you may not receive a response, and could be reviving an old thread. Please consider creating a new thread.
