Our recommendations are to build from scratch. I'm sure people can tell you what you need to get and most will even point you to websites to buy the parts like newegg.

Use OCN to find out which parts you need

Use slickdeals.net to hunt for the lowest price on the parts you want

But if you're impatient (and don't want to trade possibly hundreds of dollars in savings for some work), just use Newegg or Amazon.
