Can my pc3200 ram effectively rated at 200Mhz, run at 215Mhz??? Does it cap itself at 200Mhz?

If your ram is just Value Ram, which it likely is, you'll probably top out at arounf [email protected] or maybe [email protected] It's not _limited_ to 200MHz, it's just that crappy that it can barely do anything above. However it'll hopefully do 200 perfectly stable.

I dont think it can "cap" itself.. you may be able to increase it but increasing it by 15 is like Ddr430.. I not sure if you can but you can try.

I asked the same question except i need my memory at like 250 and well then i would have to buy pc4000 ram... N e ways, wait a bit more im sure ppl will respond. I say go for it, try.

Probably. Mine can do 212 (I have only done P95 for 5 mins tho
) and it's just value... If it doesn't work you may have to restet the CMOS.
