I grabbed a cheap element TV and i tested out my PS2 and right away playing resident evil 4 i notice a pretty big chunk of the screen was cut off. Being the nerd i am i found my way into the service menu and kinda fixed it via overscan settings. But this cant possibly be intended and there must be an ideal setting or something right?

any ideas whats up? exact tv model is ELEFW328
