EMail from a friend....Is it BS

Just got this email from a friend...do you think its BS:

ive just tested the thermaltake big water cpu water cooler and the
thing is nearly as good at cooling as a vapor chill but it costs £70 instead of
over £200. i maniged to push a 3.2 478 prescott to 4.4 with no problem and the
system was hitting 41c under load and after 3 hours. check it out if u
get the chance to, its dam inpressive, im gonna buy one next week, it has 2 b done.

That doesn't make sense? He says he's tested but he hasn't bought it yet?

Yeah, i kinda laughed when i saw what email so i asked him a few qustions like what the stepping of his CPU was and what vcore he was running it at, nd if he could send me some CPU-Z screenies
...It'll be interesting to see what he says.
