Just a little note. This can't be used on Dell monitors since the included stand with Dell monitors already uses the VESA mount.

it dosen't look like there's any sort of attachment mechanism, i think they just glued or velcro'ed it to the monitor back.

edit: never mind i see the metal clamp now.
