Mouse Computer -- who recently elicited a 'swoon' with their new Core i7 offering -- is back on the scene with a punchy little nettop for those of you requiring something a little less substantial. The perky, quirky EGPA33DR32XP (what a catchy name!) boasts an Atom processor with up to 2GB of RAM, 320GB HDD, and XP Home. Prices start at ¥39,800 (roughly $400). Available in Japan.

I wonder if it comes in just the tower. Drop in a Tv tuner and maybe a bigger hard drive and connect it to my Tv

when i read mouse computer, i thought it was a whole pc in a mouse... i think it might be possible to fit the parts in a mouse, and just have it plug into a monitor...

Same thing I thought. But no, it's just another Atom box. Yippee. I would much rather have a mouse computer (that plugs into my brain).

Hmmm, wireless VGA, and a pico-itx mobo? I like!

That's what I thought, too! A while computer that is the size of a mouse, with just an HDMI cable to plug in. Or better yet, a wireless transmitter / receiver...

I'm off to the patent office!
