yes, ive seen the thread, all i seen is a bunch of links to reviews and how to apply Tp to sinks

right now on a x3220(q6600) im at 475fsb x8
1.49v after droop stable as a rock until 15-20minutes through prime95, crashes almost always at the same time, leading me to think its not the cpu voltage
ram is at 950mhz 2.1v
mostly everything is on auto
any voltage suggestions for mobo?

Here is my template for Q6600 at 3.861 (429*9) for reference.
I've tested it out to 60 IBT stable and 33hrs p95 stable.

LLC - ON
Cpu Vcore - 1.4875
PLL - 1.5V
Cpu Ref- 0.992 (0.667 of Cpu Vcore for 65nm quads)

MCH
Mch Core - 1.5V
Reference - 1.017V (0.667 - 0.691 of Mch Core for 65nm quads.)
MCH / Dram - 0.9V (make that 0.5 of Dram Voltage )

everything else was on auto.
Also this should be of help to you especially:
DRAM Termination
Channel A Ref
Channel B Ref

I'm guessing that your MCH Core might be the problem.

Well what are your settings?

And I hope you didn't try to use my cpu vcore setting.

Ok, promised to post my voltages so here goes:

CPU PLL - [normal] (use 1.57v near 500FSB or up)
CPU termination - 1.22v
CPU ref - [normal]
MCH core - 1.26v
MCH/DRAM ref - [normal]
MCH ref - 0.752v
ICH I/O - 1.5v
MCH strap - 333

Personal CPU/Mem settings:
CPU vcore - 1.35625v
DRAM voltage - 1.96v
DRAM termination - 0.98v (this should be half of your DRAM voltage!)
Memory multiplier - 2.40B
Channel A/B ref - [normal]
CIA2 - disabled

Formula that works for quads:
CPU termination x 0.63 = MCH ref.

Did you try the formula I listed at the bottom of my post? I know a guy that got his quad to 530FSB by doing that.

yep

is there anything that can tell me all current volts in windows?
bios doesnt give you a current voltage on auto
