The little transparent one with the rubber ring around. I know which one you're talking about, and I think it's a PowerBall.

Man, how does so much force come from such a small thing? Check out this video, it's crazy! <a href="http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-8687134498748666085&q=powerball&hl=en" target="_blank">http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...owerball&hl=en</a><br><br>
EDIT: This one is more amazing: <a href="http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-8371083559045280111&q=powerball&hl=en" target="_blank">http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...owerball&hl=en</a><br>
Here's the world record for the metal one, the one I just posted was for the regular one: <a href="http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=2074144891787355418&q=powerball+metal&hl=en" target="_blank">http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...ll+metal&hl=en</a>

When you spin it the internal gyros spin also - giving a LOT of resistance. If you build it up to a high enough speed it's actually a decent workout for your forearms
