Seems to me like you have file system damage. Did you make a backup BEFORE you upgraded?

nop.... i'm not a mac user.... and i've lost a complete day with this....
i had to work with a pc and windows to make this work and i could not....
i've use transmac, poweriso, and other tools to creat a booteable flash drive with el capitan, and it wouldn't boot... no idea way.

so i wipe the ssd, and did the internet reinstall, and the ****er installed me 10.7 ggrrr... i guess i'll have to update to el cap, afterwards....

could you guys, tell me why i could not make the booteable flash drive ??

You can't create an OSX Installer using those tools if you are using the Install App. I think the easiest way to go about it is to just reinstall Lion then download and upgrade to El Capitan. That is going to be the easiest way to go about it. Otherwise, you are going to be in a world of hurt. From deal with the Mac world for a long time, there is no easy to way to do what you wanted to from within a Windows environment. You need a Mac. :/
