Skipped using K10STAT because it's not letting me keep my CPU voltage above 1.47V so I've decided to give PhenomMsrTweaker (64bit version) but upon opening the application, I get this error below, does anyone know how I can fix it?

Value of '21' is not valid for 'Value'. 'Value' should be between
'Minimum' and 'Maximum'.
Parameter name: Value

at System.Windows.Forms.NumericUpDown.set_Value(Decimal value)
at PhenomMsrTweaker.PStateControl.LoadFromHardware()
at PhenomMsrTwaker.Form1..ctor()
at PhenomMsrTwaker.Program.Main()'

The scroll down bar to adjust the CPU voltage for each P-State, it won't let me set it any higher than 1.47V, if I do, it will go back to 1.47V
