They should only charge tax in the state that they are in: CA.

After looking around it's not really much of a deal on the 570s, their prices are about 10% higher than buying off newegg or amazon for example.

Only other places I saw that had the 2.5GB 570 version were Tigerdirect and Newegg. Though both were cheaper, after factoring in shipping and not having to deal with a mail in rebate, I went with the EVGA site store and ended up paying around 10$ less.

I payed $306 before taxes for my eVGA GTX 570 HD DS, good deal if you ask me. Since the Dual fan design costs more than the regular reference one.
