Its a good setup, but I found that the mobo ran a little warm and it was not a great o/c'er.

edit: Ya you psu should be good enough for SLI

well i have great cooling the cpu is watercooled and the case has 1 120mm intake and 2 120mm's exhaust(1 top ,1 back 78F) do you know if it happens to have a tempreture monitor on the board like the abits do?

Ya it has temp sensors on the board, if thats what you mean? I would bet that you'll see an increase in temps with the board, but not a big one.

It looks very similiar to DFI nF4 SLI-D, with the exception
that the RAM slot are located differently...

But the only problem with heat will be the Chipset...
Keep in mind that the Chipset Temp Threshold is very high...

I have the DFI, w/watercooling on CPU.
My Chipset hovers around 48C under load...

So if I were looking at buying this combo, I would jump
on the opertunity!

You should be able to do that. When I had mine I could not find any reliable software to monitor my temps so I picked up some temp probes. There are a ton of o/c'ing options in the bios though. I would say go for it.

P.S. They are very reliable boards to, we have sold loads of them at work and only one came back and it wasn't even defective.
