CD Method (Blank CD and CD Rewritable Drive Required)
Download the following .iso file: NF78_P10.iso
Use CD Burning software to burn the .iso image onto a blank CD (Nero, Alochol 120%, MagicISO etc.)
After it has burned, insert CD and restart the machine, go into the BIOS and load defaults, save and exit.
Now set the CD Drive as the primary boot device, or press escape while the system is booting to select CD as the bootable device.
After flash remove the CD, and power off PC Completely.
Turn on the PC and load defaults in BIOS

did this and it wont go into a bios update it just goes to windows?
what im i doing wrong

When you burned the .ISO image to the disc, did it result in just having "NF78_P10.iso" on the disc, or did it result in having more than one file on the disc where "NF78_P10.iso" is not one of them?

I mean, what are the contents of the disc right now?

Anyway, can you try it again? However, this time don't use any software. Instead, just double-click the .ISO because Windows 7 has its own ability to burn .ISO images to disc. I just want to try Windows 7's built-in ability just to see if the results are any different.

Now before you attempt this, I'm curious: when your motherboard performs the Power-On Self Test (the POST), do you see any options to press things like Alt+F2 or something to enter the flashing utility? This option would be listed at the bottom of the POST screen.

Oh sweet! You're welcome!

I think maybe what happened is Nero may have failed to burn the .ISO image properly. Like maybe it didn't properly or fully extract the contents of the ISO. I dunno.
