EVGA advanced RMA

I would just give them a call. I had a similar problem because I paid for the cross ship, but when I submitt for RMA, I found myself waiting for an update on their system. It turns out there is a special button you have to click if you have cross ship. I didnt find out until I called. Basically they were waiting until I sent them my board first. I just called them. They had it out to me in 2 days!
