Should. For that price you're not going to lose much if it doesnt.
If your card looks exactly like the one on newegg that water block will NOT fit. That water block is for the first revision of the pcb you have the second.

If you want an ek block the link is here but you will need to find a store to buy it from. Most of the water block makers have a version 2 of the water blocks like this DD one.
if the side of the gpu is red you are out of luck. That would be revision two and if it's black it's reference. Had the same dilemma getting blocks for mine a while ago. You can get them at performance-pcs.com or dangerden.com for the non reference (v.2) red sided one, but they are around $100 each or so.

post a pic of the gpu so we can make sure you're getting the correct block
I was going to water-cool this system until I found out about the 285 revisions. I've got a reference design (black side) AND a revision 2... To much trouble to get blocks for both.

performance-pcs.com has blocks for both in stock... and of the same brand.
Not to necro an old thread or anything, but on the third GPU down in that pic, they are saying that is a reference 275 PCB, but I dont think it is, based on the connectors shown here on this reference board used in this review.

Also, I have been looking for a used 285 for the past few weeks, and was wondering what the difference is between the revision 1 and 2 cards (black and red sides in the case of evga). Is it just a matter of cheaper power phases etc?
