eVGA vs. XFX 9800s

Geez!

The hateful cries at my 8600 have done me in.

Which of these two cards would you buy?

eVGA 9800GT 512Mb

XFX 9800GT 512Mb

They work out to be roughly the same price. After taxes, shipping and whatever. I'm leaning towards the eVGA because of the cooling....

Thoughts?

I'd get the EVGA.

The Evga one (Unless you want a lifetime warranty, then get the XFX one. That evga 9800GT only has evga's 1+1 warranty)

The eVGA card has a better cooler that exhausts heat out of the case.

EVGA
- Step up program
- Limited lifetime warranty
- Better dual slot cooler
- Cheaper

XFX
- Dual warranty (easier to sell the card)
- Black PCB + single slot

The pro outweigh the cons.. definitely get the EVGA

That particular 9800GT only has a 1+1 warranty, not lifetime
The product code ends with a "TR"

I have the xfx and it has the copper cooler and goes max temp at 71C at max load temp. 80C on ATITool.
The stepup program is going to do me good in a few weeks after I put in a new card, Probably a 9800gt. Run that for a while then if I like it I can step my 96gt to another one.

...not much choice right now for a stepup most of the gtx or higher are backordered. But I can get a dup of what I can buy here for a stepup price of only $48. Not to bad for a $179 gpu.
Also, both cards have lifetime warranties (XFX with a double lifetime warranty, so the card will be very easy to resell). Mine overclocks pretty well IMO, and I don't do any volt mods or anything.
