evga x58 pwm

Hi It has been reported and i have seen that the PWM temps increase alot in the evga board and i want to add some cooling to it...The only problem is that I dont know what the heck a PWM is and where i find it on the mobo...Can someone direct me to it?

They are next to the CPU socket.... they already have heatsinks on them and are rated for 100C+. They control the power to the CPU.
