I'd try to help, but I can't tell the exact model.

It looks a lot like a 132-BL-E758-A1, but the slots are a different color.

You can get that mobo new from major sites for $257.

Given that is a 132-BL-E758-A1 motherboard and it is in perfect working condition and comes with all original pieces from the new packaging (cables, plugs, plate, manual, CD(s), etc), i'd say the mobo is worth about $160-190 shipped.

That's just a ballpark on the motherboard tho. Hard to tell what EVGA is selling that as a B part for. So, can't be real sure.

Can't tell ya what the block is worth without a model. Sorry
