Asrock has 12 phases 4 for dimms and 8 for cpu
Evga has 8 phases and all are dedicated to cpu

Asrock has 8+4 pin cpu power

Evga has 8 pins cpu power

If we look at those phase issue asus extreme v also has 8 phases

I dont know what to choose and what advantages and disadvantages are over each other.so please help me

And also if you have any other advices please let me know

Well the VRM design of the Asrock board is a littlebit diffrent.

The VRM of the X99 OC Formula consists of 3 sepperate ISL6379 6+1 digital controled hybrid pwm´s.
The first ISL6379 provides 6 true phases doubled 12 with 6x ISL6611A phase doublers with intergrated dual drivers.
Which results in 12 pwm phases dedicated to the cpu.
12K nichicon output caps, 24x FDMS3668S dual N mosfets from Fairchild semicon.
And Blackwing 60A inductors.

The other two ISL6379 pwm controllers are used for each set of memory banks.
They provide 2 phases each for left and right side of the memory banks.

Its a very sollid vrm definitely.

I cannot realy say much about the new EVGA X99 FTW K board yet unfortunatly..
Its just announced and i have not seen any decent reviews about it in the wild yet.
But according to their previous X99 boards, i personaly did not realy get too excited about those.
They were basicly good boards, but their Classified board had some design flaws,
which i basicly would not expect on an enthusiast platform.
But i suppose that EVGA did their layout better this time arround.

But yeah there are allot of other cool new X99 boards comming to the market soon.
Asrock, Asus, Msi, Gigabyte will all come with some new refreshed X99 boards.
