AMD is going to debut the Leo desktop platform in Q2 next year as the successor of Dragon, and the Leo is expected to be based on three main parts â€" two of them are Thuban hexa-core processor and RD890 series chipset. Together with the SB850 southbridge, the R890 will make up the 890FX chipset which powers the MSI motherboard seen below.

I like it. You can put a sound card, 2 double wide cards, a NIC, and single slot card for Physx, or 3 double-wide cards and a NIC/Sound card.

Ditch the blue plastic and add one more SATA port plox

But I must ask, what is with the PCIe? Do they have a hidden lane expander somewhere?

Otherwise we are going to have 8x8x8x4x4x4 + 1 PCI

meh, it's blue, heatsinks are fugly, and it's an MSI. Also, what's with the black RAM slots? One end looks like it's chopped off o_O

still, looks like a decent board.

If its anything like the 790fx-gd70... its win.
Love the way it looks, with the exception of the blue stuff over the heatsinks.

of course not... the memory controller is on the CPU and no current AMD's have a triple channel memory controller.

That's just the watermark of the site.

This board definitely looks like a sac of win.
