"Extreme HAF Makeover"

OK, So I have dreamed of modding a case and making a work log for soooo long i figured i'd go ahead and try.

This is my first time so if i get anything wrong please give some advice or info so i might be able to right the mistakes i make/ing

Build List1) HAF 932 (Window and hinge mod)
2) Rampage III Extreme X58
3) I7 930 (lapped)
4) 6GB OCZ Platinum
5) H50 (Modded)
6) GTS X-FLOW
7) DangerDen Fillport/res
8) WD Raptor 300GB
9)Fan Controller??????
10)mdpc-x sleeves/heatshrinks (black/red)

11)fans (6 x coolermaster 40cfm 19db red) (4 black randoms) (HAF fans)

OK, So half the stuff arrived today and i sent the HAF of to the shop to get powder coated 2 day wait on that.
So i started with the H50 as i had all the parts handy.

I had no trouble removing the the tubes and cover etc straight forward thanks to the guys over at the H50 club thread for the guides

When it came time to testing however i ran into some problems.
I used an AMD board i had with my old 955 chip and set it up for testing.
After i switched it on, i could hear the pump working but couldnt see the flow :/ i think i might of put the bottom plate on wrong, i dont think so but i cant think of anything else right now

I'll be home again in about 3 hours so ill get the preliminary pictures up and hopefully have some feed back on the pump issue.

Not particulary, Just they were cheap and fitted in with my red and black theme. not sure what the others i have are in CFM but if i get bad temps I'll try and track down some higher CFM fans. I'm living in Denmark at the moment and have ADHD

so i cant wait for parts to come i want them NOW

I do have one problem tho. I need some rubber window seals in the shape of an H. anyone know where i could track some down?? its for the window in the door.

Got my case back from the powder coaters, Man they did an awesome job!

They did mess up one piece that i wanted red instead of black but hey I just wanted to get started.

Then i got her inside and started what i thought would be a nice smooth, easy process....yea right lol

I tried out some postions for the rads/res and pipes (turned out to be a nightmare)

At this stage a few people had to me the little pump on the H50 wouldnt handle a extra rad and a res, allthough alot of people told me that it could easy. Anyways i decided to try without the res/fillport and see what happens.

ok now i skip a few quite important stages:
I had so trouble with air in the loop and got scared with the whole h50 little pump cant handle jack so........
I went out and brought a cheap EK pump and some more distilled water and tubing.
It took alot of patients and effort to get things anywhere near a level that i'd post them here and I have to take my hat off to the guys here that mod. I think all those guys that do mod and post work logs should have a mandatory title kids dont try this at home

Anyways i ended up with this today I'm not finished yet and have to sort through my pic's to gtet them in a chronological order but hey.

i am glad you changed the pipe setup as ther was just way to much load on the pipes in the first picture. but it looks good so far. but i think you might have the order of the coolers and pump in the wrong way tbh.. the way it is showing there is the pump gets the hot water after the cpu. can you not change this or does it not really matter to much... i do not know what the threash hold temp of the pump is.. that is why i am asking. and it looks like a propper B.1Tch to purge as well

looks good, the coils look a bit weird because theyre too big and bunched up. but thats just IMO
