I think it's a security thing. Just type it in and make sure you get it right. At least that's what I remember but I could be wrong.

Im not sure what that's about but before it asks you to enter your username + password for your PC it says "Unable to remove previous install, install failed". My guess would be to remove every trace of the FAH CPU console client and start fresh.
Delete the ./fah folder and uninstall it from the program list. Then try re-installing it the method you have been doing.
But this is just a guess, so don't quote me on it
