Has anyone played this add on yet?

I've been trying to download this but I'm not understanding the directions to get it playing.
Do I have to actually buy MS points to play this?

Anyone want to help me out with how this works?

I have played the DLC at a friend's house. I believe you do need to purchase the Microsoft Points and then buy the DLC through the Live Tab in Fallout 3.

Once you have it installed, all you need to do is load a save game before you start the final mission and then wait for the radio signal. Once you hear it, select the quest, and travel to the location on your map.

Man was I disapointed! I wanted to walk down 5th or 4th ave and blow the pizzle out of the buildings...then go over to west high and do the same

No such luck, takes place in Alaska but no place I have ever seen (and I have been in odd places, lol)

I was pretty disappointed in the add-on as well. At least there was some new gear added to it. But the quest/mission itself left some to be desired.
The operation anchorage is basically played out as if you were in a simulator.
Really I'd skip it and get "ThePITT" ...Today?!Err Tuesday! the 24th!~ (edit)
the Pitt comes on Tuesday. Anchorage is pretty good though, to be fair, and there are some sweet action scenes.

basically OP, the data is a set of BSA's and an ESM. i forget where they are saved by default but iirc it's somewhere wierd and needs to be looked for. it's probably hidden too

you need to go onto the net, get the MS points (or get them instore), and then go sign in to LIVE, and then buy the DLC. from there you should be able to hit the downloads tab and then get the DLC playable. at least that's how i remember doing it.

hope that helps. PM if you have any issues

i think they go into the 'Data' folder with all of the other BSA's

the DLC was good, but not great. just so you know it is very linear.
