I'm having an issue with a "false start" of sorts. I can have my i7 OC'd to 4.8 and run prime 95 blend tests for several hours, but once I try to start it up from a cold boot after being off for a few hours, it will start up and then lose power and then come back on again. Once it does this, it won't boot into Windows and I won't even have anything on screen. I have to turn it off again and turn it back on to get it working. I've tried many different settings but haven't really been able to pin point the issue. I am also getting random BSODs in games or stopped working errors.

Today though... it just would not come on. I had to reset the BIOS and after I returned everything to stock I tried to go into windows and always get a 0xxx07 BSOD.

Any thoughts on what might be wrong? This happens at the moment randomly and no matter what clock I use. I tried going down to 4.3 and it's the same thing. My specs are in my sig.
