nice, you got too much time on your hands... jk, I have been on this site for 14hrs strait...zzzz...

Humm, i got a suggestion, if you make a box out of plexiglass and mount the fans on the top, you can have a mini box chiller.. It might be hard to do, but it's fairly common with memory (expecially BH5).. I guess that would be more like a ducting mod than anything...

Also, don't worry about power consumption from those fans, that should be the least of your consern.

Yup i actually thought of that so the fan is raised to avoid a void of air since the back panel of a fan has that rounded thing. however i scrapped that idea, the problem with it was if i make a box i'll end up hitting some of the capacitors and making the air circulate, so i scrapped that idea and went with the easy way.. hehehe i mean literally EASY. this is so easy all i used was some extra parts i had laying around and 2 ( extra 2 for trial and error) paper clips for the bracket, aluminum tie wraps from a garbage bag to bind the 2fans. hehe ( im Mc Gyver what can i say?) i was actually done in 30 mins the problem i had was rebooting the cpu. but not any related issue with installing a mosfet fan.
