just bought a SCYTHE SLIP STREAM 120MM FAN 1900RPM. it has a 3 pin conector that i put in the motherboard, but it will go full speed all the time, wich is loud! any help, the motherboard is a ASUS M4N68T.
it needs to fit in this chassi, whit the chassi door. and its need to be in sweden too xD i tryed speedfan but i show the cpu fan is running at 143rpm and the chassi fan at 7800rpm and i didnt understand it at all xD dont think my mobo is suported so a controler is my option. just have to look harder
Speedfan only works if the fan speed is actually controllable in the motherboard BIOS. I've tried Speedfan, but I kind of ask "why?" If I can't control a fan with it that is not controllable in BIOS, why bother? If it is controllable in BIOS I'll just go that route? Speedfan is one of those free programs that I kind of don't get...
