Fan Screws/Pegs

Is it advisable to use pegs over screws? if yes, mind linking which ones?

They are alright, if you want something that holds tight, and cuts down on vibration, look at the Lian-Li Anti-Vibration Screw Set

They are expensive, but they work very well, and hold the fans better than those rubber screws do.
They are made of rubber to absorb vibration instead of transferring it to the case making your fans louder. So its just a fan silencing method. other than that there is no true advantage.

couldn't he just run to ace or radio shack and pick up some washers to add them to what he has now.
