I think this could make using the PCI slot on the Abit AW9D-Max a little more feasible. You know I want it.

Did you notice that it also has memory heatsinks, even though the watercooled design sits on top. In other words it would run very hot indeed.<br />

Although this does seem a pointless release that will not capture the enthusiast's attention for long. With Dx10 cards due any moment, what would be the point in this?

DX10 is over-rated. First generation, power hogs that will most likely be buggy.

I'm guessing thats how the G80 and R600 will be to so you dont have to buy a whole watercooling setup.

I feel the same way about DX 10 that I feel about Vista. It's not like Conroe or anything--meaning I could live without it. I can't find it retail anywhere yet but I will keep looking. I don't htink they mak a Crossfire Master card though...which sucks.
