When i went to turn on my computer today my case fans/CPU fans start spinning up, they then instantly stop and restart untill i turn off my PSU.

After trying different options i then removed my GTX 570 and repaced it with an old card that i used before i bought it,the computer then started up just like normal.

So i am wondering if it is my 570, or my power supply that is faulty and not supplying enough power to the card as the current card i replaced it with used no PCI-e power slots

thanks

Could be both. IMO the PSU makes more sense, as you would have noticed signs of the GPU going bad.. Might be wrong though.
