Okay, I'd like to play the game online but apparently I don't have an online key. What is this key that its asking for and did I receive one with my game purchase? I've tried my CD Key and it isn't taking, any info would be very much appreciated.

I've already created an account at Ubi.

I'm in a similar situation, I assumed it was the CD key but that doesn't work for me.

It should be on the back of the instruction manual at the bottom. And when entering it, make sure to include all the dashes and stuff.

That would be the CD Key and I've tried multiple variations at the same result, I'm going to be highly upset if I have to purchase an online CD Key to play a game I've already paid for.

It's the CD key. Make sure caps lock is off.

it SHOULD be the CD key. unless Ubi are being extremely wierd for no reason

Its the usual CD-Key.

Trust me, i know. I have re-installed the game like 3 or 4 times now lol

It's the CD-Key, but you just make sure you don't use CAPS LOCK. It messes up the key for some reason when you enter it. Use Shift instead, or if that doesn't work, enter it all as lowercase. I'm pretty sure SHIFT works though.

I had this same issue when I first installed.

i had this exact problem.......

i tried to register online countless times with the code provided & it failed
after 4 0r 5 tries it finally worked in lower case with with the dashes in place
